Around Cowtown :: Family-Friendly Events July 2018

0

Our friends at McDonald’s sponsored this edition of “Around Cowtown.” McDonald’s is hosting another Lunch Bunch date this month for FWMB readers — that includes FREE food! Grab a friend and join us at McDonald’s to try the new fresh beef burgers and to learn more about the modernized guest experience and new technology like the self-order kiosks! Be sure to check out each month’s “Around Cowtown” so you don’t miss the next date. We’d love to have lunch with YOU.

Here we go, mamas. The first full month of summer, which in Texas means only six more months to go before temps cool off for the week of winter/spring. Just kidding. (Not really.) If you’re feeling the heat like we are, you might be inclined to soak your feet in an ice bath and suck down sweet tea while the kids enjoy moderated unrestricted screen time for as long as it takes to get through summer. You wish you could leave the house, but you’ve got to stay cool. We get it. Fortunately, this month’s “Around Cowtown” features lots of air-conditioned options — like Lunch Bunch at McDonald’s, with free food and fun for the kiddos. A gamut of super fun events is happening in and around Fort Worth in the coming holiday week (see our “Guide to Fourth of July in Tarrant County” for details). And after that, fill your schedule with alternating wet and air-conditioned fun, care of our “Guide to Splash Pads & Water Fun” and “Guide to Indoor Activities.” Head over to our events calendar to see upcoming family-friendly activities or to submit your event.
