Spring Break Family Camp

Come enjoy a beautiful spring day in the garden as a family March 10 and 11. Morning sessions will participate in a science and nature-based art program lead by a local artist. Afternoon sessions will be engaged in a nature mystery activity that will take you on an investigative garden adventure. Cost is $10 for child members and $12 for child nonmembers. Accompanying parents are free. 

Art House – Southlake :: Information coming soon! 

Camp SCRAP Denton :: This art camp is for children in first through sixth grades and runs March 9 – 13. Staff lead campers in themed art projects and then campers will have the chance to flex their creative muscles during daily free-building time. Cost is $235 for the session.

Theatre Arlington :: For ages six through 13, this all-day, Monday-to-Friday camp will culminate in a musical performance for friends and family on Friday, March 13. Cost is $275 for the week.

Young Chefs Academy :: Aspiring chefs, ages seven through 14, will mix, bake, cook, and learn the science behind it all in this half-day program. Sessions are available from 9:00 a.m. through noon, Monday – Thursday. Cost is $225 for the session.

Camp Fire – El Tesoro :: Come out to Camp El Tesoro during spring break to explore being a scientist. Whether for a day or the whole week, your child will love being a wilderness explorer. Each camper will leave with a new sense of wonder and the skills necessary to continue his or her own exploration of the world. Open for children grades K through fifth from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Cost is $45 per day or $195 for the week. 

Camp LLELA :: Sign up your little explorer for an outdoor adventure spring break camp at Lewisville Lake Environmental Learning Area. Sessions are available for ages seven through 12. Cost is $30 a day or $125 for the week.  

Fort Worth Nature Center & Refuge :: The Nature Center is hosting many spring break activities including hayrides, canoeing, and hiking. See website for prices and admission rates. 

Fort Worth Zoo :: During the week, campers will go on daily zoo hikes, play games and activities, and see daily animal visitors in their classroom. Campers in first through fifth grades are welcome to attend this wild adventure. Cost is $285 for the week or $85 per day. Discounts are available for zoo members. Before and after care available for an additional fee. 

River Legacy Science Center :: During the week of March 9 – 13, River Legacy will have fun, kid-friendly presentations at 11:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m., and 3:30 p.m. each day over a different topics. Some of these topics may be reptiles, mammals, or aquatic animals! Cost is $2 per person. Ages two and under are free.

Rogue Brick Builders’ Lounge Spring Break Camp :: Rogue Brick is offering a morning session (ages 5-8) and afternoon session (ages 8 – 14) for your Lego lover! See website for pricing information. 

YMCA Spring Break Camp :: Want great childcare for your kids during spring break? Check the website for your local YMCA spring break camp offerings. 

Spring STEM Adventure Camp :: STEM Adventure Camps are open to children ages 5 – 12. Kids will spring into adventure during spring break at the Longhorn Activity Center. Each day has a different STEM centered theme to keep kids active and engaged. Hands-on science experiences and lots of fun. Cost is $250 for the week.

Benbrook Stables Spring Break Camp :: Benbrook stables offers spring break horseback riding lessons for children ages five and older. Each day, campers begin by feeding, grooming, and tacking up horses. They also learn nutrition, stall maintenance, horse safety, and riding basics. Options are available for a single day (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.) or all week. Cost is $65/day. 

Humble Ninja Fitness :: Need your kids to burn some major energy? Drop them off at Humble Ninja Fitness for a three day camp March 9 – 11  from 9 a.m. – noon. Ages 5 – 12 welcome. Cost is $120 per child for the camp or $45 per day. 

Lone Star Gymnastics :: Need to burn some energy over spring break? Register your kiddo for a Lone Star camp! Camps run 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and are available for children ages four and older. Camps are held March 11 – 12. Cost starts at $35 per child, per day. 

Texas Rangers Camps and Clinics :: Want to improve your baseball skills and mechanics mid-season? Returning players will continue to sharpen their skills while players new to the game will be able to learn the basics and fundamentals in a positive and encouraging setting. Camp runs March 9 -13 from 8:30 a.m. – noon and for ages 7 – 12. Cost is $250 for the week. 

The First Tee Fort Worth :: Full and half day camps are available for ages 7 – 18. These camps consist of learning about character development and learning how to play golf. The First Tee  believes the values represented in the game of golf will impact each participants lives and will equip them to be great at life!  Cost is $70 – 100 per child for the camp.

The Little Gym Fort Worth :: Half day camps are available for ages 3 – 8. Each day is a different theme that is sure to make your little one excited! Cost is $26 per day.
