Celebrate Labor Day Weekend with friends or family at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden. Presented by Primrose Schools in Dallas – Fort Worth, Labor Day Family Fun Weekend is chock full of activities the whole family will enjoy. Spend the holiday weekend immersed in nature.
What to Expect:
•Beat the heat with extended summer hours as the garden opens at 8 a.m. through Sept. 20.
•A special Window to the Wild experience on Sunday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. showcasing a variety of birds at the Martin Rutchik Concert Stage and Lawn.
•Family favorite Country Critters Petting Zoo returns to the Pecan Grove from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., providing children the opportunity for close-up animal encounters all weekend.
•Daily piano performances in Jeanne’s Pavilion from 12 to 2 p.m. amplify the serene ambiance of the Dallas Arboretum.
•Complimentary entrance to the Rory Meyers Children’s Adventure Garden is included with paid general garden admission from Aug. 31- Sept. 2 courtesy of the Kelley Family.
