Real talk . . . I have super dry feet. Once upon a time, the soles of my feet were constantly calloused. My heels were dry and always cracked. It was painful to walk at times.

After lots of research and testing different products, I found a few easy and inexpensive products to use in my foot care routine that has worked wonders on my feet!

Good-bye, dried cracked heels!

Top Products

Colossal Foot Rasp Foot File and Callus Remover ($8.95) :: I’m not sure what this says about me. but I use this bad boy in the shower after I’ve washed and conditioned my hair — ensuring my feet are wet and primed for filing. This file works WONDERS and is a stand alone foot care product I’d highly recommend to everyone who struggles with rough feet!

Svasthya Body & Mind Essential Oil Heal All Balm – for Dry Cracked Skin ($11.95) :: This heal-all balm really does heal all! I slather this on all the dry and cracked spots on my feet (and my elbows) every night just before I go to bed. The smell is relaxing too!

NatraCure Vented Moisturizing Gel Heel Sleeves ($9.99) :: These things are magic. I have no idea how the science behind them works, but my heels are always more smooth after a night of sleeping with these on!

The foot file, heal all balm, and gel heel sleeves are my go-to when it comes to having less rough feet. Each product can hold its own and works wonders, but used together . . . they’re unstoppable! Truly magic!

Fancy Feet Night

If you’re feeling fancy and want a little extra caring for your feet, try a good epsom salt foot soak! Sometimes (when I make time), I’ll soak my feet in a foot spa with epsom salt and then use the foot file after they’ve soaked a bit.

HoMedics Bubble Mate Foot Spa ($22.48) :: We are a one bath family, so taking a bath at my house isn’t as relaxing. There are tons of toys, and the tub is small. Sometimes I talk myself into taking a bath . . . only to be reminded of how NOT relaxing our bath tub is. So, I got this bubbly foot spa, and it has served my feet well. I wouldn’t say it’s the best of the best, but it’s great for the price!

Epsom Salt ($8.99) :: I get this eight-pound bag of epsom salt from Amazon and add my own essential oils to it. They also have a lavender scented epsom salt and a eucalyptus scent that is divine!

  1. I love the Heartsong company’s products. They have this sugar scrub and lotion bar package deal I get for my diabetic dad, and it turned his nasty alligator feet in a few weeks! Seriously, nothing had worked before. The coolest part, this is a local vendor and they use all natural organic ingredients! That is a double win for me! http://www.heartsong.us.
