Dr. Kristen Criado received her PhD in 2008 from the University of Florida and completed her internship and fellowship at the University of Miami. She is a licensed psychologist in the state of Florida. She specializes in helping children, teens, and adults cope with anxiety, such as worries, phobias, anxiety disorders, and OCD; she uses evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP). She also supports people living with the ongoing physical, mental, and emotional challenges of a chronic medical condition.
