38th Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Parade and Rally | Fort Worth

Celebrate the legacy and impact of Dr. King at this annual downtown parade highlighting community unity and a commitment to justice for all humankind. The parade concludes with a rally in Sundance Square — connect with local organizations helping to keep the dream alive. 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Crowley House of Hope | Crowley

Take part in food pantry operations, sort and organize donations in the thrift store, and assist with tasks that make a difference for neighbors in need. Please register in advance (contact info at the link). 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

MLK Day of Service | Arlington

Volunteer Arlington has organized all sorts of group-effort community service projects today. Right now, there’s about 20 different projects on the list. Register for one that resonates with you! Everyone will meet at Washinton-Liberty High School in the morning, then either head off-site or stay to work on projects that will be set up at the school. 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

The National Multicultural Western Heritage Museum will host an MLK Day of Service event at The Warehouse in Fort Worth. Bring donations of youth and adult socks, gloves, caps, scarves, and blankets and enjoy a free family fun day. 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

MLK 5th Annual Fish Creek Cleanup and Food Drive 
| Arlington
