It can be a challenge to get kids to eat veggies and healthier foods. I am always looking for more recipes and ways to incorporate veggies into family meals. It can take a lot of consistency to get kids to enjoy the taste of veggies. Some are lucky their kids just like them, but most kids are picky about something or another.

As a former librarian, I am always reading and researching books to help with my picky eaters in getting them to eat veggies and have a healthy relationship with food. I have complied a list to share of books for moms, but also read together as a family.

Books for Moms
