Before you visit AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, take a few minutes to check out each section of this article. Visiting AT&T Stadium is like going to a backyard barbecue (if you’re the tailgating type), a state-of-the-art entertainment venue, an upscale mall, and the hippest new gastropub all at once. Compared to a Rangers game, a Cowboys fan may find the overall price steep, but you and your family will be mesmerized by all the stadium has to offer. Read up and plan ahead because your options are virtually limitless!
Know Before You Go
Gates Open. Gates at the AT&T Stadium plazas, concourses, clubs, and suites open two hours prior to kick-off.
Parking. Fifteen numbered parking lots accommodate around 12,000 cars. On game days, guests may use the lettered lots at Globe Life Field — another parking lot that can fit 12,000 more cars. Parking costs vary depending on the event and space, but spots usually start at $50. There are tailgating spaces in lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15. The spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Tailgating is not allowed in lot 3, nor portions of lots 5, 8, and 9. Please be aware that, while you can bring a gas or charcoal grill, deep fryers and open flames of any kind are not permitted!
Entrance. There are 10 guest entrances around the perimeter of the stadium with most reserved for club and suite guests only. View this map to see access points for each entrance.
- Entry A: The only entry for all guests is at the northwest corner of the stadium by the Pro Shop.
- Entries B, C, and D adjacent to east plaza are for designated reserved tickets and all club and suite guests.
- Entry E on the southeast corner of the stadium is for club and suite guests only.
- Entry F on the southwest corner of the stadium is for club and suite guests only.
- Entries G, H, and J adjacent to west plaza are for designated reserved tickets and all club and suite guests.
- Entry K on the northwest corner of the stadium is for club and suite guests only.
Security. Bag restrictions are severe, and lugging gear for a baby can be challenging but not impossible. The purse and bag policy prohibits purses or bags larger than a small clutch with or without a strap (4.5 x 6.5 inches), so leave the diaper bag at home. Clear plastic, vinyl, PVC bags, or gallon-size zip-style freezer bags measuring 12 x 6 x 12 inches are allowed. Pack diapers and wipes as efficiently as you can. You’ll find a baby changing station in family restrooms on all concourses and on each club and suite level.
Tickets. The ticket office is located at entry A on the northwest side of the stadium and is open on event days. Will Call ticket windows open three hours prior to most events. To claim tickets at Will Call, a photo ID must be presented.
Tickets cost anywhere from $94 to $500. Seating is arranged in an oval around the field, and seats increase in price as proximity to the field decreases. Consider saving some green and opting for a standing room ticket for as little as $55.

Prohibited. For the safety of guests and employees, the following are prohibited:
- Abusive, foul, or disruptive language
- Alcohol
- Animals (except service animals to aid guests with disabilities)
- Bottles, cans, thermoses, and beverage containers of any kind
- Cameras with a lens longer than three inches (detachable or non-detachable)
- Chairs, stools, or other seating devices
- Fireworks, firearms, and weapons of any kind
- Food items
- Footballs
- Knives of any length
- Laser pointers
- Noisemakers
- Obscene or indecent clothing
- Seat cushions
- Signs or flags on sticks or poles, or larger than what one person can hold
- Smoking inside AT&T Stadium, including e-cigarettes and vaporizers (Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside the stadium.)
- Throwing objects
- Ticket scalping
- Trespassing, soliciting, peddling, and loitering
- Tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks
- Use of unmanned and remote controlled aircraft systems (e.g., drones)
- Video cameras and the use of video capable devices including GoPro devices
Merchandise. The Cowboys Pro Shop is located on the northwest side of the stadium at entry A, or from the main concourse behind section 242. The Pro Shop is open seven days a week. Daily operating hours are Monday – Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; and Sunday, 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Shop online at Shop.DallasCowboys.com.

For Families
Family Restrooms. The Dallas Cowboys take care of fans of all ages! Family restrooms are designed for the use of guests with small children and guests with disabilities. (However, any guest may use a family restroom.) These restrooms are located throughout the stadium on all concourses and on each club and suite level. All family restrooms are accessible and equipped with baby changing tables.
Safe-in-the-Seat Program. Guests can obtain a free ID bracelet featuring a space to write in their seat location. The bracelet aids in reuniting lost children and guests with their parties. The bracelets are available at all guest services centers located on the concourse behind sections 219, 244, 420, and 451. In the event that you become separated from your child, check with the nearest event staff member or guest services center.
Stroller Policy. Strollers are permitted at AT&T Stadium, so long as their use does not inhibit guest movement or block any aisles. Smaller, umbrella-style strollers can be stored underneath a seat. If you’re bringing a larger stroller, check it in at the nearest concierge desk on the main concourse, just inside entry E and entry K. Strollers can also be checked at guest services booths, located on the upper concourse behind sections 420 and 451.
Kids Zone. Located in the stadium’s east plaza, the kids zone is an interactive play area that opens three hours prior to kickoff and is free for all ticket holders (game ticket required for admission to the plaza). Enjoy inflatables, giveaways, face painting, balloon animals, zip line, appearances by Rowdy, and more.
Dining Inside the Stadium
Food and Beverages. There is something for literally any palate inside the stadium. You can find everything from popcorn to peanuts, and from Frito pie to sushi.
Water Fountains. Water fountains throughout AT&T Stadium are turned off and not available for use at this time.
Your Stay in Arlington

Dining Outside the Stadium. You’ll find everything from Tex-Mex to Japanese to Vietnamese cuisine, from subs to salads to fried chicken fingers in Lincoln Square.
