Bloom 2018 Is in the Books!

Bloom 2018Bloom 2018 was a wonderful three-hour event celebrating pregnancy, birth, and those precious first two years. We at Fort Worth Moms Blog (FWMB) are forever grateful for all the DOZENS of people who made the event possible. Those 150 attendees also filled up our hearts with encouragement and motivation to do more, be more, and provide more for all the parents in Tarrant County. We’ve said it a million times, but it means the WORLD to visit with our readers in person! We so hope you benefitted from Bloom!

Here’s a huge shout out to our venue sponsors at Cook Children’s! Not only was the space just what we needed, but attendees (heck, and FWMB staff) got the chance to learn from and interact with so many pediatric medical professionals and specialists — without a co-pay or any mention of a deductible, ha!

Several mamas — and a daddy — went home with stellar giveaways. The Britax car seats and stroller were definitely hot ticket items. We personally are crazy about the brand’s new Cool Flow Collection, which was featured at Bloom. Y’all, it’s a new technology that keeps our little ones from sweating so much during hot summer months strapped into that car seat. Love. it. And don’t forget about our numerous other swag and giveaway sponsors:

Another highlight of Bloom 2018 is the chance to talk face-to-face with local vendors who provide services and/or products for area parents. The Bloom post-event survey revealed that The Happy Lark and Fit4Mom were the two favorites of the day. Be sure to check out the vendor line up for ways they can support you in your parenting journey:

The post-event survey also noted that attendees enjoyed the workshops and panel discussion the most — wishing there was more time to spend in these areas. It was a great line-up, if we do say so ourselves. 😉 Thanks to the following experts who hit it out of the park!

The discussion panel included experts from various fields. We touched on the topics of maternal mortality, feeding issues, sleep regressions, postpartum care, etc.

You can see for yourself all the FUN had a Bloom 2018 thanks to Lauren Lawson Photography. We have created an entire album from the event on the FWMB Facebook page.

If you attended Bloom, we’d love to hear your feedback in the comments below.
