Fort Worth, Texas — Due to the growing number of COVID-19 cases — and the recommendation of medical experts, our network at large, and local guidelines — on March 11, 2020 we came to the unfortunate decision to cancel our Bloom 2020 event.
In addition to the cancellation of Bloom 2020, Fort Worth Moms Neighbor Groups will also cancel monthly in-person meet ups and play dates during March and April 2020. However, Neighbor Groups also exist to provide community, discussion, and resources. For a complete listing of regional and topical Neighbor Groups, please visit the Meet Moms page on our website.
While not an adequate replacement for our in-person event, Fort Worth Moms WILL host a fun and interactive virtual event on April 5, 2020 starting at 2:00 p.m. in our current Bloom 2020 event page on Facebook. We will provide resources, information, group discussions, and giveaways! This virtual event will be for expectant moms and moms who are currently parenting children two years and under. (Foster and adoptive moms are welcome, too!)
Fort Worth Moms is available for statements and interviews to serve as an expert on what we wish we new about the newborn days — to help prepare new moms, must-have baby products, tips and tricks on transitioning baby to solid foods, baby sleep safety, tips to encourage your baby to sleep well, ways to support and care for a new mom, and more!
