Miscarriage and infant loss can be tough for women to talk about.For those who have suffered a miscarriage or infant loss, we know the grief is astounding. We have compiled a list of infant and pregnancy loss resources in Fort Worth Area, as well as online resources, for those recovering from such loss. We hope this helps you and your family heal.

A Memory Grows serves as an outreach to grieving parents, and as a resource to hospitals and other nonprofit organizations. It has a variety of virtual and in-person grief support opportunities as well as retreats.

Forget Me Not Frances is a local non-profit providing support to mothers navigating the loss of a child due to stillbirth or miscarriage, including delivering flowers to grieving mothers in Tarrant County hospitals. Thanks to generous donors, they work with Little Love Counseling to give counseling service to mothers at no cost. 

Fort Worth Moms Forever Loved, Never Forgotten Wall is dedicated to pregnancy and infant loss remembrance. You can add your baby to this wall by emailing the name and/or date to [email protected]

Little Love Counseling gives hope and connection for families in need. As a local therapy practice, it has family-oriented counseling for all issues, including grief guidance from pregnancy and infant loss. 

March of Dimes is a well known non-profit organization fighting for the health of all moms and babies. Its website has an abundance of information and current research about pregnancy and baby loss. It is a great place to share your story and read about others’. 

NICU Helping Hands offers education and support for local families and babies while in the NICU, during the transition from hospital to home, and in the event of infant loss. NICU Helping Hands will match you with an experienced parent mentor who can give encouragement and understanding during the good days and the bad. 

Return to Zero provides support for all parents who have experienced loss on their journey to parenthood, including failed surrogacy and adoption. They have resources for friends, family, and care providers as well.

The Compassionate Friends has a local chapter offering grief support for those who have lost a child, encouraging parents to grieve on their on schedule. It meets monthly in person to remind each other “we need not walk alone.”

The Miscarriage Doula is an Instagram page worth a follow. She has helpful information about miscarriage and life after, and also hosts workshops and one on one sessions. 

The WARM Place is a local grief support center providing free services for children and young adults who have experienced the death of a close family member.  

The Worst Girl Gang Ever is packed with many resources (accompanied with a huge dash of humor) including a podcast, articles, and online courses focused on grief and conceiving after loss. TWGGE is a great place to have “honest conversations about unspoken experiences.” 

Tommy’s is a UK-based charity researching causes of miscarriage. They provide support for partners and host an active online community.
