The Safe & Smart Saturday is happening Saturday (duh), September 28, 2019 from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. This event, hosted by iCare Emergency Room and Urgent Care and Fort Worth Moms, is for moms, dads, grandparents, aunts, uncles, neighbors, friends, coaches, you name it, who are interested in learning the latest in first aid care for kids of all ages.

Fort Worth Moms Blog (FWMB) is dedicated to building community among the moms in the Tarrant County area, and we are excited to share that McDonald's is joining us in our mission! McDonald's will be producing a series of play dates this year called Lunch Bunch in an effort to build community amongst families in our area as well as introduce all the new delicious eats and treats they're now offering.

Nothing warms our heart more than hanging out with you. It's mushy and a little sappy, but it's honestly true. We get nearly silly giddy when an event rolls around and we get the pleasure of meeting you face-to-face. That's exactly how wonderful Bloom is for us each year. And the 2019 edition did not disappoint!

We only meet all together four times per year, so when it happens, it is really special. We kicked off our time together eating yummy bar-b-que and sipping some wine, a.k.a. the best way to prepare for crafts. While we munched, the quarterly business meeting took place. Some highlights included a few stats we're pretty proud of.

Still on the fence about attending Bloom :: An Event for New & Expecting Moms??? This is an event for pregnant moms and/or moms who are currently parenting children two years and under. (Foster and adoptive moms are welcome too!) The afternoon...

The afternoon will focus on information, resources, products, and more that target the pregnancy and delivery stages of parenting through the first two years. This event will provide a few hours of pampering, light snacks, educational resources, giveaways and swag, shopping, and connecting moms and families with relevant local resources for this season of life.

The festival may only be four days long, but Mayfest’s impact can be felt throughout the entire year! Mayfest has funded projects that not only enhance and beautify the community, but also create safe, nurturing places for families to be outside together.
