Guilt says, "I'm a failure." Mindfulness says, "I can do better." Putting a positive tone to our pitfalls will bring much more success than wallowing in the muck of guilt.

I will always want to be with you. I will still find ways to sneak away with you on on quiet afternoons, relishing whatever moments we can steal together.

Because my feeling better isn't just physical, although it is that, too. It's emotional. I am emotionally better because I find the way I look more acceptable.

Here I am with three children who are well past the baby phase, and yet I have not gotten a single night of good night of rest in the last six years. (Insert loud sobs.)

The same questions I asked my plants are the same questions I must ask myself. Am I getting enough water throughout the day or am I parched? Have I soaked in the sun’s goodness, while being adequately lathered in sunscreen, during my daily walk or while playing in the backyard with my son?

No matter what the device looks like on the outside, remember it is the health of the motherboard (the inside) that brings the device to life. Caring for the motherboard is damage prevention for the rest of the unit.
